COOKING TIME: 15 Minute

MATERIALS

1 package of President Kashar Cheese (250 g)
4 chicken breasts
8 slices of calf ham
Salt and pepper

FOR OUTER COATING

1 teacupful of flour
2 eggs
1 glass of white bread crumbs
sunflower seed oil for frying

FOR THE SAUCE ON THE TOP

1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teacup of cream
1 glass of milk
1 teaspoon of mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 dessertspoon of parsley

FOR SIDE DISH

16 baby carrots
300 g Broccoli

PREPARATION

Cut the chicken breast in half, but do not tear it. Chop the cheeses into 1 cm thick matchbox size. Place President Kashar Cheese and calf ham in the middle of the chicken. Cover it with the other half of the chicken.  Gently tap the edges by using the opposite side of the blade, or secure them with a toothpick. Season the outside with salt and pepper. Repeat the same process on all 4 chicken breasts.

Put flour, eggs and breadcrumbs separately into three wide oval pots. Cover the chickens first with flour, then with eggs, and finally with bread crumbs.

Pour the sunflower oil in a deep pan and heat it. Fry the Cordon Bleu in this oil until golden brown.

In order to prepare the sauce, roast the flour with butter and add milk, cream and mustard. After letting it boil for a while, season it with salt and pepper.

Serve with sautéed small carrots and broccoli.
