PREPARATION

In order to prepare pesto sauce, puree all the ingredients with a hand blender.

Cut panini bread in half and spread the pesta sauce on the slices. Thinly slice the President Kashar Cheese and place them on top of the pesto sauce. Slice the tomatoes 1 cm thick and put 3 slices on each bread. Place the President Kashar Cheese slices over the tomatoes again. Spread butter on top bread slice and cover it.

In the toaster, grill at medium heat until the bread is toasted and President Kashar is melted.

To prepare beetroot and celery chips to serve as a side dish: Thinly slice the vegetables 1 mm thick with a slicer or mandoline. Lay a line on baking paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Dry in a non-fan oven at 130 ° C for about 1 hour until they become completely crispy.

OUR COOKING SUGGESTION

If you don't have a toast machine in your house, you can put the bread on the side of the toasted bread without turning it over, and bake it in the pre-heated 180 degree oven until the cheese melts and bread is toasted.
