PRESIDENT KASHAR CHEESE PATTIES

SERVICE AMOUNT: 4 Person
PREPARATION TIME: 15 Minute
COOKING TIME: 10 Minute

MATERIALS

1 package of President Kashar Cheese (500 g)
1 cup flour
3 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs or ready-made fine breadcrumbs
For frying, sunflower oil



SERVE WITH (BITTER SWEET KETCHUP SAUCE)

1 teacup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of honey
1 dessertspoonful of hot sauce
1 dessertspoonful of vinegar

PREPARATION

Cut President Kashar Cheese measuring 1 x 2 cm.

Put flour-egg-bread crumbs separately into three wide-mouth oval pot. Beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork and strain. Cover President Kashar cheese first with flour, then eggs and finally with bread crumbs. Repeat the process once more time and let them rest for 30 minutes in the refrigirator.

Pour sunflower oil in a deep frying pan. When the oil is hot, fry 10 of President Kashar patties each time until they get golden color.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce that we will serve with them. Serve next to President Cheddar Patties.

DELICACY SUGGESTION

While preparing this dish, you can add the any spices or parsley-like fresh herbs you desire into the crumbs bread.  Thus, you can get small colors and different flavors on the exterior.
