1 package of President Kashar Cheese (250 g)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
150 g chickens salami
1 dessert spoon of butter
Salt and pepper
SERVE WITH (BRUSGETTA TOMATO SALAD)
3 slices of toasted baguette
1 dessertspoonful of chopped red onion
1 desserspoonful of chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoon of olive oil
Beat the egg and season it with salt and pepper. Cut President Kashar into small cubes or grate it. Cut the chicken salami into small cubes, too.
As this will be a round and high omelette, grease a 10-12 cm thick pan and sauté the diced ham for a short time. Pour half of the amount of eggs on top. And cook over low heat until it started to slightly stiffen on the bottom. Add President Kashar Cheese and pour the remaining egg over it. After that, put the omelette into the oven and bake in 130° C pre-heated oven.
Turn the omelette and put some more grated cheese on it when it's still hot. Decorate with parsley sprigs.
To prepare the tomato salad that you see in the photo, take the seeds out of a tomato, chop red onion and basil in it. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Put it over toasted slices and serve them next to your omelet.
You can prepare your omelette with vegetables, instead of using chicken salami. You can also add 1 tablespoon cream while scrambling the eggs.
