PUREE WITH BEEF PASTRAMI AND PRESIDENT GOUDA

SERVICE AMOUNT: 4 Person
PREPARATION TIME: 10 Minute
COOKING TIME: 35 Minute

MATERIALS

1 package of President Gouda (220 g)
5 medium-sized potatoes to boil
1.5 cups of boiling milk
4 tablespoon of butter
Salt and pepper

ON TOP OF THE SERVICE

1 tablespoon of butter
8 slice of sliced beef pastrami without fenugreek
45-50 g President Gouda Cheese (shredded)

PREPARATION

Boil the potatoes in plenty of water and drain from the water. Pass through a ricer or masher when they are still very hot. Add the boiled milk. Grate 100 g of President Gouda Cheese and add to the puree. Add the butter and stir on the stove with the help of a wooden spoon. Finally season it with salt and pepper. When it comes to a boil, take it off the stove and serve it.

To prepare the pastrami on top of the puree, shred the pastrami and sauté it in the butter. You can serve the puree with grated President Gouda Cheese, chopped parsley and red pepper on top of it.

KEY POINT

Use a wooden spoon or spatula instead of whisker to prepare the puree. Thus, puree will not stretch.
