PESTO SAUCED PANINI WITH PRESIDENT KASHAR

MATERIALS

1 package of President Kashar Cheese (250 g)
4 Italian panini breads
4 tablespoon of pesto sauce
2 ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon of butter



FOR PESTO SAUCE:

1 teacup of extra-virgin olive oil
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 teaspoonful of black pepper
1 clove of garlic
2 dessertspoonful of pine nut
1 teaspoon of salt

SERVE WITH

Ginger carrot juice

PREPARATION

In order to prepare pesto sauce, puree all the ingredients with a hand blender.

Cut panini bread in half and spread the pesta sauce on the slices. Thinly slice the President Kashar Cheese and place them on top of the pesto sauce. Slice the tomatoes 1 cm thick and put 3 slices on each bread. Place the President Kashar Cheese slices over the tomatoes again. Spread butter on top bread slice and cover it.

In the toaster, grill at medium heat until the bread is toasted and President Kashar is melted.

To prepare beetroot and celery chips to serve as a side dish: Thinly slice the vegetables 1 mm thick with a slicer or mandoline. Lay a line on baking paper.
